The goal of this section is to provide you with a clear understanding of what our process for this service looks like. This is so that you feel confident about working with us, as we believe that being on the same page will allow us to work together as efficiently as possible.
You sign up for our service using the Social Media Management Signup Form on this page. The package you select and addons/content bundles you request in the form will give us a rough idea of what you need. After we go through the details, we will get in touch with you and organize a preliminary call.
In the event that you would have requested one of the Add-Ons to our Social Media Management Signup Form on this page - we will send you an official quotation that includes the Package Fee and/or any Add-ons.
After you agree to the quotation, we will send you an online contract to sign. The contract will outline the terms and conditions of our agreement, including, but not limited to:
- The work that will be performed by Social Media Konnect on your behalf.
- Estimated timeframes of when things will happen.
- Any additional expenses or fees that may be incurred.

In this meeting, we will discuss your goals and needs to understand what kind of content you want us to create for you and determine exactly what content you need.
