We will have a consultation call to discuss your needs and gather information about your business. You'll be able to ask us any questions that you have about our services or how they might apply to your order.

In the event that you did not choose a pre-set Package, - or in addition to a pre-set package you chose to include add-on elements in your order, - we will send you a quotation. This quote will list all of the elements in your order as well as a timeline for when each step will be completed. Once you approve the quote, we'll be able to move onto the next step in the process.

After you agree to the quotation, we will send you an online contract to sign. The contract will outline the terms and conditions of our agreement, including:

-The work that will be performed by Social Media Konnect on your behalf.
- The estimated timeframe of the entire process.
-Any additional expenses or fees that may be incurred as a result of this project

Client is expected to pay 50% of the total amount of the total service fee stated in the Service Contract.

In our Discovery Meeting, we'll discuss your company's goals and objectives. We'll ask about your brand's current state (if applicable) and how you would like to see grow in the future. After getting a full sense of you, your products/services, team and vision of your future - we'll work with you to develop a plan of action.

During this meeting, we'll discuss important aspects such as:

-The look and feel you want your brand to have
-who your target audience is and what resonates with them
-how you want your brand to be perceived by the public
-What problems you help your customers solve
-what makes you unique from other companies in the same industry

For New Businesses:
We'll do some research on your market, competitors and industry so we can better understand where your business fits in. We'll also look at how other organizations are doing things to see what works, and what doesn't.

For Existing Businesses:
We will do a deep dive into any existing assets of your company such as your logo, collateral, social media graphics, website, etc. We'll be looking at every aspect of your brand—from copywriting to visual design—and identifying areas where we can improve both the quality and consistency of your messaging across branding categories.

In this step, we put all of our research and planning into action. Once we have a clear idea of who you want to be as a brand, we will begin drafting all written elements and designing all the visual elements of your company's brand identity.

If there are any minor aspects that you would like us to change, you will be able to request them by sending us a written request. We will work on all changes, and re-present the final versions of all the elements.

At this point, the client will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the service fee stated in the Service Contract.

Once all revisions have been made and approved, we will deliver your branding elements as per the service contract to you via Dropbox or Google Drive (or whichever other data-sharing platform you prefer).
