Our Process for This Service

In the case that you would have requested one of the Add-Ons to our Social Media Advertising Signup Form on this page - we will send you an official quotation that includes the various Package Fees and/or any Add-ons.
4. Service Contract Signing
After you agree to the quotation, we will send you an online contract to sign.
The contract will outline the terms and conditions of our agreement, including, but not limited to:
- The work that will be performed by Social Media Konnect on your behalf.
- The different advertising packages you have selected.
- All add-ons that will be included in your order.
- Estimated timeframes of when things will happen.
- Any additional expenses or fees that may be incurred.

6. Discovery Meeting
During this meeting, we will discuss your goals, objectives and ambitions for the social media advertising campaigns. We'll talk about what you hope to achieve, what your advertising budget and what your timelines are. We'll also talk about what you can expect so there aren't any surprises down the road when things start happening or something doesn't go according to plan.
7. Advertising Strategy
This step will help us:
- list your goals
- list KPIs
- determine what audience we should target,
- which geographical areas your ads should cover,
- which types of ads we should create,
- map everything into campaigns, ad sets and individual sets.
8. Content Creation
In this step, we will create posts and other content for your business's social media accounts.
By "Content" we mean:
- Graphics
- Text for the post
- Post Hashtags
- Call-To-Actions
- Promotional Videos
9. Advertising Account Creation/Setup
We will create all the associated advertising accounts on each platform we need to advertise on in your campaigns. This will include adding our Advertising Personnel to your account, adding payment options (e.g. your credit card) and other parameters are set up properly.
10. Campaign Setup
This is the step in which we will set up all Campaigns, Ad Sets, Adverts, Creative, Placement, Objective, A/B Testing etc.
11. Ads Monitoring & Management
This step is a set of daily tasks in which we analyze your Ad campaigns, looking at things like cost, impressions, clicks, and conversions. We'll make sure that your ads are running smoothly and getting the best results possible. If anything comes up, we will alert you as soon as we see a problem so that we can take action before it gets out of hand. We will then take all of this information from our analysis and make necessary changes that will increase the effectiveness of your campaigns, such as pausing low-performing adverts, or changing bids accordingly.

What is included in this service?
We write compelling text, and create custom graphics/videos for each of your posts based on your brand guidelines and preferences. We will then use this content to run ads through various social media channels like Facebook and Instagram (depending on which package you've chosen).
We will also provide an analytics dashboard where you can see exactly how many people saw each post—and which ones were most effective at driving traffic back to your site or lead forms.
What is NOT included in this service?
-Our service fee does not include advertising budget which is payable to the social media network itself.
-Managing your customer service. Your internal team needs to respond to ALL comments and inbox messages associated with the advertising campaign.
-Content creation for elements outside the scope of the advertising campaign.
Things To Note:
- If you're going to advertise on social media, you need to be ready to spend some money. You'll need to pay for the ad itself, and then there are costs associated with running the campaign over time. We'll help you set up your ads and make sure they're working efficiently, but we won't be responsible for any financial losses associated with them.
- We can't guarantee results; they depend on many factors outside our control, like how much time and money you put into it and how well your business is positioned in its market.
- We can't guarantee that all of our recommendations will work for your specific business or industry—they're just general best practices, but they may not apply directly to your situation.
- We can't guarantee that every single piece of content we send out will perform well—even though we do extensive research before sending anything out on behalf of our clients, sometimes things just don't pan out as expected.
