We will have a consultation call to discuss your needs and gather information about your business. You'll be able to ask us any questions that you have about our services or how they might apply to your order.

In the event that you did not choose a pre-set Package, - or in addition to a pre-set package you chose to include add-on elements in your order, - we will send you a quotation. This quote will list all of the elements in your order as well as a timeline for when each step will be completed. Once you approve the quote, we'll be able to move onto the next step in the process.

After you agree to the quotation, we will send you an online contract to sign. The contract will outline the terms and conditions of our agreement, including:

- The work that will be performed by Social Media Konnect on your behalf.
- The estimated timeframe of the entire process.
- Any additional expenses or fees that may be incurred as a result of this project

Client is expected to pay 50% of the total amount of the total service fee stated in the Service Contract.

For New Organizations:
A discovery meeting is a 30-minute meeting where we get to know each other and your business. We'll discuss what you're hoping to accomplish with digital marketing, what your goals are, and how we can help you reach them. This is also the time to find out if we're a good fit for each other, so please be prepared to answer questions about your business and its needs. This is also a great opportunity for us to ask you questions that might not have been answered in the initial inquiry form, so if there's anything we didn't cover there that you'd like us to know about, now would be the time!

For Existing Organizations:
Our discovery meeting helps us understand who you are, what products or services you offer, and how you want to communicate with your audience. We'll talk about the current state of your digital marketing efforts, as well as how you'd like to grow—and we'll identify any gaps in your current strategy that might prevent that growth from happening.

This meeting is crucial for us to understand your needs and goals so that we can customize a plan that is best suited for you.

We'll cover topics such as:
- Who are your customers? Where do they come from? How do they find out about your business?
- What are your goals for growth this year? What is holding you back from achieving those goals?
- What is the most important thing that our team can do for you in order to move forward with our service?
- What do you hope to achieve in the next 6 months? 1 year? 5 years?
- Current industry trends

We will also take this time to establish our working relationship, so that we can all be on the same page going forward.

At this stage, we will begin to put together your digital marketing strategy.
We will work with you to develop a clear plan for how you would like your business to be represented online, and then create a written document that outlines the steps you should take to make that vision a reality. This document will act as your online marketing roadmap.
The aim of this step is to detail what has to be done, by whom and by when, in order for your digital marketing efforts to be successful.

At this point, the client will be required to pay 25% of the service fee stated in the Service Contract. Bringing the amount paid to 75% percent of the total amount.

If there are any minor aspects that you would like us to change, you will be able to request them by sending us a written request.

Once all revisions have been made and approved, the client will be required to pay the remaining 25% of the service fee stated in the Service Contract. Bringing the amount paid to 100% of the total amount.

With the final balance paid, we will deliver your Digital Marketing Strategy via Dropbox or Google Drive (or whichever other data-sharing platform you prefer).
