A discovery meeting is a 30-minute meeting where we get to know each other and your business. We'll discuss what you're hoping to accomplish with digital marketing, what your goals are, and how we can help you reach them. This is also the time to find out if we're a good fit for each other, so please be prepared to answer questions about your business and its needs. This is also a great opportunity for us to ask you questions that might not have been answered in the initial inquiry form, so if there's anything we didn't cover there that you'd like us to know about, now would be the time!
For Existing Organizations:
Our discovery meeting helps us understand who you are, what products or services you offer, and how you want to communicate with your audience. We'll talk about the current state of your digital marketing efforts, as well as how you'd like to grow—and we'll identify any gaps in your current strategy that might prevent that growth from happening.
This meeting is crucial for us to understand your needs and goals so that we can customize a plan that is best suited for you.
We'll cover topics such as:
- Who are your customers? Where do they come from? How do they find out about your business?
- What are your goals for growth this year? What is holding you back from achieving those goals?
- What is the most important thing that our team can do for you in order to move forward with our service?
- What do you hope to achieve in the next 6 months? 1 year? 5 years?

We will also take this time to establish our working relationship, so that we can all be on the same page going forward.
At this stage, we will begin to put together your digital marketing strategy.
We will work with you to develop a clear plan for how you would like your business to be represented online, and then create a written document that outlines the steps you should take to make that vision a reality. This document will act as your online marketing roadmap.
The aim of this step is to detail what has to be done, by whom and by when, in order for your digital marketing efforts to be successful.
It is at this stage that we will present your digital marketing strategy.
This presentation will cover elements such as:
- the overarching plan for your organization's digital marketing efforts
- a timeline of when each piece of the plan should be implemented.
- an estimated budget for how much it will cost to implement the strategy.
The cost of this service depends on the size and needs of your business. We will work with you to determine the best pricing for your company.
We will conduct a consultation with your team to discuss your goals and objectives, and as per our Service Delivery Process, we will quote you according to your needs.
We will work with you to determine which aspects are most important for your business, then create a strategy that focuses on those aspects.
This may include: social media marketing; search engine optimization (SEO); paid advertising on sites like Facebook and Google AdWords; content creation; email marketing campaigns; website creation or redesign; e-commerce site building or management; and more.
